Student Visa subclass 571 (Schools Sector visa):

This visa applies for international students who intend to study at a primary or Secondary school (Junior or Senior) in Australia.

Student Visa subclass 572 (Vocational Education and Training Sector visa):

This visa applies for international students seeking qualifications at technical level with more focus on practice. These courses are classified in accordance with their level of complexity as follows: Certificate I, Certificate II, Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Vocational Graduate Certificate and Vocational Graduate Diploma.

Student Visa subclass 573 (Higher Education Sector visa):

This visa applies for international students who wish to enrol in courses considered as higher education such as Higher Education Diploma or Advanced Diploma, Associate degree, Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters degree by coursework.

Student Visa subclass 574 (Postgraduate Research Sector visa):

This visa applies to international students coming to Australia to study a Master Degree by Research or a Doctorate Degree.

Student Visa subclass 575 (Non Award Sector visa):

This visa applies for international students who intend to study a Non-Award course such as Foundation Studies or Certifications that do not lead to an award.
